Jason Hoff

Jason Hoff is the CEO of Mercedes-Benz North America, a newly created role that, since May 2025, sets out to strengthen the company’s integrated operations across manufacturing, R&D, research, sales, and marketing in the US, Mexico and Canada, including its vehicle and van plants. Hoff reports directly to the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG and is playing an important role in driving production and market growth in the region. 

Jason Hoff began his career with Mercedes-Benz in 1993 and played a pivotal role in launching production at the carmaker’s plant in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, which is a global hub for SUV production. He later served as CEO of Mercedes-Benz US International (MBUSI), which includes all operations at the plant, where he oversaw major plant expansions and model launches. From 2019 until this year, Hoff led global quality for Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans, driving improvements in product and customer satisfaction. With deep expertise in manufacturing and logistics, Hoff brings a robust operational background to his leadership in North America.
