Human Resources Manager

Reporting to VP of Operations & Membership, Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of human resource management including payroll and compensation administration, talent acquisition, benefits & retirement administration, employee development, advising management on employee relations initiatives, implementation and interpretation of HR policies as well as adhering to fast changing Covid-19 policies to ensure compliance with Federal, State, local and CDC standards. This position is located in the DC office.

Focused on creating a safe and transformative path for sustainable industry growth, Auto Innovators represents the manufacturers producing nearly 99 percent of cars and light trucks sold in the United States. The newly established organization, a combination of the Association of Global Automakers and the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, is directly involved in regulatory and policy matters impacting the light-duty vehicle market across the country. Members include motor vehicle manufacturers, original equipment suppliers, as well as technology and value chain partners.

Headquartered in Washington, DC, Auto Innovators also has offices in Sacramento, California and Southfield, Michigan. Each staff member plays an essential role in achieving Auto Innovators’ mission.
