Brielle Hopkins is a seasoned government affairs executive with more than two decades of experience shaping policy at the intersection of technology, transportation, and innovation. Currently serving as a senior federal policy leader at Uber, she brings a proven track record of navigating complex legislative landscapes, building bipartisan coalitions, and advancing strategic initiatives that impact millions of people every day. Prior to Uber, Brielle held roles at Waymo, the Auto Care Association, and the Department of Transportation. She is passionate about fostering collaboration between the private sector and government to create smarter and safer mobility solutions. Brielle is a graduate of Clemson University and American University.
