AUTO TECH SHOWCASE 2026:
SAFETY. CONNECTIVITY. INNOVATION.
The Alliance for Automotive Innovation’s Annual Technology Showcase is returning to Washington, DC June 9, 2026. The showcase will be held at Audi Field, rain or shine.
The event brings together the automotive innovators, visionaries and disruptors redefining personal transportation for the next generation and beyond.
Join Auto Innovators as it presents a collection of transformative automotive technologies to federal policymakers and regulators.
Meet these innovators from across the country – auto manufacturers; suppliers; software companies; and electric vehicle battery, semiconductor, and autonomous vehicles producers – who will all be on hand to demonstrate and educate policymakers on the technologies delivering cleaner, safer and smarter vehicles.
Transportation
Transportation to and from the Auto Tech Showcase will be provided from 2:00 - 7:00 pm. Pickup will take place at the Capitol Hill Club near the valet stand, where Auto Tech Showcase signage will be visible; staff will also be available to assist. Drop-off will be at Audi Field and return transportation will be available throughout the event.
Schedule
Pick up will begin at 2:00 pm and end at 6:20 pm, running every 20 minutes:
- 2:00, 2:20, 2:40, 3:00, 3:20, 3:40, 4:00, 4:20, 4:40, 5:00, 5:20, 5:40, 6:00, and 6:20 pm
Return service will begin at 2:30 pm and end at 6:45 pm, running every 20 minutes:
- 2:30, 2:50, 3:10, 3:30, 3:50, 4:10, 4:30, 4:50, 5:10, 5:30, 5:50, 6:10, 6:30, 6:45 pm
Tours
Tours will be led by the Alliance for Automotive Innovation’s Government Relations team. Staff will guide you through the exhibitor area, provide introductions, and offer brief demonstrations. Tours will be offered at 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. If you would like to participate, please arrive at your preferred time and meet at the “Tours” tent near the registration desk.

All activities will take place on the concourse level.
This event is designed as a widely attended event under House and Senate ethics rules; attendees include government officials, legislative staff, and industry professionals.

Location: Audi Field
Audi Field is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium located in the Navy Yard neighborhood of Washington, D.C., and the home stadium for D.C. United, a Major League Soccer (MLS) team, and the DC Defenders, a United Football League (UFL) team.
Audi Field (100 Potomac Avenue SW, Washington, D.C.) is in Southwest D.C. along the Anacostia River. It’s just 1.5 miles from the U.S. Capitol Building and less than a 10-minute car ride from the United States Department of Transportation (DOT).
