Sarah Hay

Sarah Hay joined the Alliance for Automotive Innovation in October 2025 as Senior Manager, Energy and Environment Policy. Prior to joining Auto Innovators, she worked as a policy analyst at the George Washington University Regulatory Studies Center. There, she researched topics including benefit-cost analysis, public participation in the federal regulatory process, and the Congressional Review Act. Her work has been cited in a range of national news publications and featured on C-SPAN. Sarah received her Master of Public Policy from the George Washington University’s Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in public policy from The Ohio State University.
