“Auto Innovators commends the Polis Administration and Colorado’s legislative leaders for introducing a transportation funding proposal that will invest more than $5 billion over the next decade to modernize transportation infrastructure investments and enhance mobility in the pursuit of an electrified future. When Colorado adopted the ZEV (zero emission vehicle) rules with collaboration from the auto industry, we noted that for Colorado to achieve its environmental goals the state would need to implement programs, policies, and funding that support and encourage ZEV adoption.
“SB 260 outlines a comprehensive and sustained commitment to ZEV adoption in Colorado through equity, incentives, fleet electrification, consumer and stakeholder engagement, and expansion of charging and refueling infrastructure.
