On June 13, 2023, Auto Innovators joined with the Automotive Anti-Counterfeting Council (A2C2) and MEMA, The Vehicle Suppliers Association to submit a letter to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) urging prompt enforcement of the Integrity, Notification, and Fairness in Online Retail Marketplaces for Consumers (INFORM Consumers) Act.
