Comments on Prop 65 Short-Form Warning

Auto Innovators provided comments to the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment raising concerns that the proposed changes to the short-form warning would result in an unusable and difficult to apply safe harbor warning. Auto Innovators provided some ways to make the warning more usable for application like automotive parts, but also suggested other methods should be considered that would be more appropriate to automotive parts.
