Auto Innovators submitted comments largely supporting the 15-day changes made by OEHHA to the Proposition 65 short form safe harbor warning regulations. However, we continued to raise concerns with the process for listing chemicals on the short form warnings and seeking clarification that previously labeled replacement parts would not need to be relabeled. The comments not that a vehicle parts specific warning could help alleviate our concerns with the chemical listings.
