Auto Innovators and MEMA jointly submitted comments to EPA supporting the proposed extension of compliance dates for PIP (3:1)-containing products that are not already exempted under existing rules; this is important for all motor vehicles uses, including facility-based and manufacturing equipment uses. In addition, the two associations sought additional clarification regarding recordkeeping and reporting, including affirmation that IMDS generated reports meet the intent of the law.
