Niky Bagley

Niky Bagley is Managing Counsel at Toyota Motor North America. Her primary areas of practice are patent and intellectual property litigation and policy, and cybersecurity and privacy litigation. Prior to joining Toyota, she was a partner in private practice with a focus on patent and intellectual property litigation, prosecution, and licensing. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants before Federal District Courts across the country, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in post grant proceedings. She has an electrical engineering background and is barred before the USPTO.
